Josh enlisted in the Navy in 2004. He grew up working around mechanics and decided to pursue aviation mechanics in the military, mostly working on Northrop Grumman E-2's and C-2's. After 13 years of service and 4 deployments, Josh separated from the service to work directly for Northrop Grumman. He is now pursuing his bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and growing the powder coating business.
Josh left Northrop Grumman to pursue Mechanical Engineering and also to reopen his powder coating business. While on active duty, he started up his business in his garage and day after day he continued to grow. It all came to an end when deployment calls. After returning, he had just over a year left and finished out his service in California. "I have obtained everything I needed from the Navy and it was time to move on." What used to be Performance Coatings in Virginia is now Premier Coatings here in his home state of Texas. He enjoys doing this type of work and pursued formal training in order to provide the best service to his customers. Josh continues to work with other local business's and is always looking for opportunities to give back to the community, especially veteran programs. His goal is customer satisfaction and quality service.
